Document retention periods are determined by your subscription plan:
- Starter Plan: 12 months
- Standard Plan: 24 months
- Growth Plan: 36 months
After retention periods expire, documents may be automatically deleted. You should export important documents before expiration.
4.4 Deletion After Cancellation
When your account is canceled:
- You have 30 days to export your documents
- After 30 days, documents will be queued for deletion
- Deletion is typically completed within 90 days
- Some metadata may be retained for legal compliance
5. SMS Data
5.1 Message Content
We store message content for:
- Delivery confirmation and troubleshooting
- Message logs and reporting
- Compliance records
5.2 Phone Numbers
Contact phone numbers are:
- Stored securely in our database
- Shared with Twilio for message delivery
- Not shared with any other third parties
- Deleted when contacts are removed or accounts are canceled

- Deleting your account will delete associated data
